How is the service price calculated?
Pricing is flexible based on fabric material, print width, ink coverage, quantity and file-processing needs. Two sublimation orders can have different prices.

What is the purpose of sample printing?
Sample printing helps check color, small details and compatibility between file and fabric before bulk production.
Sample cost is quoted according to sample size and actual requirements.
File requirements for stable color
- Correct print-size ratio with safe bleed/margins for layout.
- 150-300 ppi at print size; vector is preferred for logos and line art.
- RGB sRGB/Adobe RGB with embedded profile when needed. Avoid excessive flattening that causes banding.
- Outline or include fonts; check overprint; avoid unnecessary four-channel black.
- Recommended formats: PDF/X, TIFF, PNG; lossless compression where possible.
What design and layout support is included?
Materials and print width
Suitable fabrics include Poly, Kate, silk, chiffon, voile, brocade and polyester-based materials suitable for sublimation.
Maximum print width is 160 cm. Please provide actual fabric width for optimized layout.
Production time and ordering process
Usually 1-3 days depending on quantity and machine schedule. Workflow: send file + fabric width -> quote -> sample test if needed -> deposit -> schedule -> production -> QC -> handover.
